Refund Policy
Flick operates using credits. Subscription plans include credits issued according to the applicable billing cycle, and additional credits may be purchased separately through top-up packs.
Credits used for completed or initiated generation jobs are generally non-refundable because Flick incurs compute and other service costs when those jobs are processed. Except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly provided by Flick, any purchase from which credits have been used is not eligible for a refund, including partial or prorated refunds.
In short: If no credits from a purchase have been used, that purchase may be eligible for a refund. Please contact contact@flick.art for review. Once any credits associated with a purchase have been used, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.
If you are not satisfied: cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Account Settings > Billing > Cancel Plan. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and prevents the subscription from renewing for a subsequent billing period.
- You will not be charged for a subsequent renewal. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and the exact end date is shown when you cancel.
- You keep what you paid for. Your plan and access remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your credits remain available subject to their applicable expiration rules.
- You can change your mind. You may reactivate your subscription at any time before the current billing period ends.
Canceling prevents future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.
Credits when a period ends
Credits keep their own schedules, unaffected by refunds or cancellation:
- Plan credits last until their own expiry, shown in your billing details.
- Top-up credits expire 90 days after purchase.
- Tipped credits (earned as a creator) never expire.

FAQ
I generated a few things and the results were not what I wanted. Refund? No. Those credits paid for compute that already ran. What you can do is cancel: you keep the rest of your credits until the period ends, and you are never billed again.
If I cancel my annual plan halfway through, do I get the rest back? No, cancellation is not a refund. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the year you paid for, and simply does not renew.
What happens to my unused credits if I cancel? Nothing changes on the day you cancel. They remain usable until their normal expiry, even after your subscription ends.
I tipped a creator by accident. Can that be undone? Generally, no. Tips are intended to be final once submitted and credited to the creator. However, Flick may reverse or adjust a tip where required by law or where Flick determines that the transaction resulted from fraud, unauthorized activity, technical error, abuse, or another exceptional circumstance.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
