Why a generation was flagged

A flagged generation was stopped by moderation. Review the request and the refusal message before trying again.

What happened

Model providers use safety filters to check prompts, references, and generated results. Flick displays the provider's refusal, but the message may not identify the exact cause.

A refusal does not necessarily mean the provider understood your request correctly.

What you can change

  • The prompt. Check that the request follows the rules. If your meaning is unclear, describe the intended scene directly. Do not disguise a prohibited request.
  • The reference image. Check whether it contains sensitive material. Use an appropriate reference that follows the rules.
  • The model. Providers have different policies. Check the selected model's rules; switching models is not a way around moderation.

What does not help

  • Sending the same request again. Repeating it without changes is unlikely to resolve the refusal.
  • Misspelling or disguising words to bypass filters. This is against the rules.
  • Asking the agent to work around it. It will not.

If you think it is a mistake

Filters make mistakes. A sculpture you sell, a medical illustration, a stage fight can all be refused. If your request is within the rules and was refused, contact support with the message and the prompt. Do not include anything you would not want reviewed.

The rules themselves are in Your content and rights and the community guidelines.
